This Shipping Policy governs the processing, dispatch, and delivery of all products purchased through Simby and constitutes an integral part of our Terms of Service.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Muchacho Venture LLC reserves the right to perform additional verification prior to processing any order for security and fraud prevention purposes.


2. Shipping Origin

All domestic orders are fulfilled and shipped exclusively from our U.S.-based fulfillment facilities, ensuring quality control and reliable dispatch times.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
  • International Shipping: 9 to 15 business days, subject to customs clearance

Simby is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, customs procedures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


4. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and presented at checkout prior to purchase confirmation. Muchacho Venture LLC reserves the right to modify shipping rates and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.


5. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Simby assumes no responsibility for delays or additional costs arising from customs processes.


6. Accuracy of Shipping Address

The customer bears full responsibility for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Muchacho Venture LLC will not be held liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. In the event a package is returned to us as a result of an address error, the customer may be charged for the cost of reshipping.


7. Risk of Loss

All purchases from Simby are governed by a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we may assess the situation in accordance with our Refund Policy.


8. Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to reflect updates in the carrier's portal.
